SICK & Van Wyck 3 Launch Party, Graffiti Show this Sat, Circus artwalk re-cap, + more!

“Van Wyck 3 and the Clan of the Sour Hand” and “SICK” Launch Party at the Hive’s Urban Master’s Graffiti show this Sat!

Come join us this sat to celebrate the Launch of our newest books, “Van Wyck 3 and the Clan of the Sour Hand” written by Christopher Cobb, illustrated by Chadwick Reinheart and “Sick” written by Kalamity J, illustrated by Kasl. This will be the Hive’s Urban Master Show that will showcase street art!  Our IPM artist Kasl just so happens to be an amazing street artist from the CBS crew! “Sick” is a graffiti illustrated book about two brothers, and their crew, livin’ the life they love, chillin’ in their hood. Kasl will actually paint my and Kalamity J’s  body for the show! That’s right, I’ll be covered in street art! This is a show you won’t want to miss! Both books are limited edition of only 500 copies so come get your very own!  We will be giving out free “Sick” ball caps and free “Van Wyck 3” t-shirts while supplies last! See you there!

The Freak Show Continued!
At last months art walk we continued to Zombie Rock band Launch Party and Circus Freak Show! Thanks to all who made it out to show support and who purchased our books!  I made a costumed for myself that I decided to call the Silver Song. I took an old beat-up wig and completely re-designed it. I wore platforms that made me almost 7 feet tall with a long striped skirt that gave a great optical illusion that I might actually be that tall! I walked around freaking people out all night. I sang a few arias during Season’s Trophallaxis (variety show).  It was a blast.

Check our interview with the Illustrator of “Zombie Rock Band Must be Destroyed,” Ken Dougherty.

Stay tuned for comic con info including our author/artist/model signing schedule!

love,
MOTHER
